Tropical Tom Collins... with Boundaries!
INGREDIENTS

1/2 oz peach nectar

1/2 oz pineapple juice

1 oz lemon juice

1 tbsp simple syrup
-
2 oz Club soda
-
1 1/2 oz Empress Blue Gin
How to make
​
In a cocktail shaker, add the peach nectar, pineapple, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker 1/2 way with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh crushed ice. Then, layer the club soda first, and then the Empress Gin.

This drink is a showstopper, but surprisingly simple to create!
